Welcome to your Shul at the Chabad Chai Center.

The Shul - Yiddish for Synagogue - is a place of warmth and acceptance, a place of prayer and study, a home for anyone - adult and child, affiliated or unaffiliated, irrespective of Hebrew reading skill - to connect to their Jewish community. Our style defies easy categorization. We run a traditional service with readings mainly in Hebrew (from prayer books with English translations) sprinkled with stories and insights in English, Spanish, and a little French. At the same time, prior knowledge isn’t assumed, and a typical group includes people with little active Jewish involvement. One of our defining characteristics is our “come as you are” attitude. Everyone is welcome, irrespective of their background or beliefs. We invite you to join us for a Shabbat or Holiday Tefillah, a meaningful lifecycle event, or simply to connect with your people. You’ll be welcomed with open arms.
